Three ways in, one code, and no guessing about what it pays.
You teach the administrators, or you know them. Either way a Title22 code does two concrete things for the people you send — and one for you. This page says exactly what, with nothing rounded up.
Which one are you?
The routes overlap. Nothing stops you being two of them.
Trainer
You teach DSS-approved RCFE courses — CE or ICTP.
You get a personal code, and a free classroom account that never expires, with a practice facility your class works in. You teach your own material; Title22 is where they practise it.
Affiliate
You work in or around care homes, but you do not teach.
You get a code and a link. No classroom account, no course to run — you send the operators you already know, and you earn when they subscribe.
Graduate
You took the course, and now you run a home.
Being a customer does not stop you being a partner. Administrators talk to other administrators, and that is the referral that actually converts. Same code, same terms.
What a code actually does
Two things for them, one for you. These are the fields on your row, not a pitch.
- A longer trial Someone arriving on your link gets the trial length set on your code instead of the default 14 days. It is normally 90. That is the single most useful thing you can hand a new administrator — three months to get their records straight, not two weeks.
- Attribution Their account is linked to you from the moment it is created, and stays linked. You do not have to do anything to claim it.
- A rate on record Your commission rate is stored against your code and read at payout. The field defaults to 20%. Your actual rate is agreed with Eli — confirm it before you start sharing, because nothing downstream will tell you it was wrong.
- A row you can read One row per code: how many people signed up through it, how many of those are paying, and when the last one arrived.
Two things that are true and worth knowing before you share anything.
Signups are tracked, not clicks. Nothing counts a visit. The link is recorded when someone creates an account through it, which is also the only moment that matters.
It only attaches to a brand-new account. If the person already has a Title22 login, the code does not attach to them retroactively — there is no way to link it afterwards. Send your link to people before they sign up, not after.
What you earn, stated plainly
- When On a paid subscription, not on a signup. A trial that never converts earns nothing — that is deliberate, and it is what keeps a referral worth something.
- How long Every month they stay subscribed, not once.
- How much 20% is the default written into the system. Rates are agreed per partner. Get yours confirmed in writing before you share your link.
- Paid how Directly by Eli. There is no automated payout inside the product and no platform taking a cut in the middle — so register your code for payout tracking when you get it, and keep your own record of who you sent.

Where the referrals actually come from
One targeted introduction beats fifty cold links. This is a small world and a specific one.
Worth your time
- Your own graduates, in the week they get licensed — the moment the paperwork becomes real
- Administrators who just failed or scraped an inspection
- Operators opening a second home, who now have two sets of files
- Anyone hiring — new staff means new clearances, TB tests and training hours with dates on them
- Consultants and placement agencies who see many homes
Not worth it
- Mass email to unrelated lists
- Public posts to strangers
- Anyone with no connection to care facilities
The line that works, because it is the one thing they cannot get elsewhere.
"Use my link and you get 90 days free instead of 14." It is specific, it is true, and it costs the person nothing to check. Lead with that rather than with the software.

A classroom account is a separate request from a code, and neither implies the other. If you teach with Title22, ask for both. Sign up for a normal free account first — the classroom grant is applied to an account that already exists, and cannot be queued for one that does not.
